A Founder's Note

Today marks an important milestone for RedString.

We've been selected for the The Founding Co (Backed by Residency) in Hyderabad.

When we started Redstring, our goal wasn't just to help startups hire. It was to help startups grow through the right people.

Our journey began with helping a startup hire a technical intern. Since then, we've worked alongside more than 50 startups, supporting founders as they built engineering teams, business teams, and in many cases, their first core hires. Every conversation, every hire, and every challenge has shaped how we think about the future of hiring.

Today, RedString works with founders across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and other startup ecosystems. But we believe we're still at day one.

We will be Joining the Residency

Over the coming months, we'll be focused on finding true product-market fit, building a product founders genuinely love, and creating an experience that makes hiring dramatically faster and better for startups.

Our vision has always been much bigger than recruitment. We want to build the infrastructure that helps startups discover exceptional talent, gives ambitious people meaningful opportunities, and makes building great teams easier than ever before.

The residency gives us the environment, mentorship, and community to push this vision further than we could alone.

To every founder who trusted us with their hiring, every candidate who believed in early-stage startups, every mentor who challenged our thinking, and every supporter who stayed with us through the highs and lows—thank you.
